RAPR AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a desktop application that orchestrates AI assistants locally on your computer. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Local data (stays on your device):
- Chat logs and conversation history
- API keys and credentials (stored encrypted on your machine)
- App preferences and settings
Website data (raprai.com):
- Email address (if you voluntarily register to download)
- Download events (platform, version, timestamp)
- Marketplace item views (anonymous)
- User ratings and reviews (name, email, comment)
3. Third-Party Integrations
RAPR AI connects to third-party services (GitHub, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Canva, Figma) via OAuth. When you connect these services, access tokens are stored locally on your device only. We do not store your third-party account data on our servers.
OAuth flows are handled through our proxy at rapr-oauth-proxy.raprai.workers.dev, which facilitates the token exchange but does not retain any tokens after the exchange is complete.
4. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the RAPR AI application
- To send product updates and release announcements (only if you opted in)
- To understand which features are most used (anonymous analytics)
- We do not sell your data to third parties
5. Data Retention
All data stored locally by the RAPR AI app remains on your device and is fully under your control. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the application. Website registration data is retained until you request deletion.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of any communications
- Disconnect any third-party OAuth integrations at any time from within the app
7. Security
API keys and OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted vault on your local machine. We use industry-standard security practices. No sensitive credentials are transmitted to or stored on our servers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or website. Continued use of RAPR AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
